As leaders, in roles such as CEO, founder, company director, engineering director, program manager, and operations manager, we kept hitting the same wall. We’d assembled teams of brilliant, accountable individuals who were all hitting their personal targets. Yet, projects would still drift, deadlines would be missed, and the final outcome wouldn’t be what we envisioned.

We realised our tools were the problem. Today’s project management software is fantastic at creating lists and assigning tasks. It makes it easy for individuals to “solo up” and be productive in their own lane, but it often loses sight of the one thing that matters: the team’s collective goal. The big picture gets buried under a mountain of tickets.

We needed a way to keep the team’s plan alive, visible, and owned by everyone, from kickoff to delivery. That’s why we built Provua.
